How to Maintain Your Results

Drink Plenty of Water

Most of us these days don’t drink enough water. By increaseing your intake of water after a treatment it will help to flush the body of toxins released from the muscles during the massage.

Stay Active

Keep active, this can be exercise, yoga, pilates, strecthing or many other physical activites. By keeping active it helps the body to stay strong and increases the chance of fighting off disease and viruses. Stretching is great way to keep the body flexiable and maintain range of motion for our joints. By moving through physical activity the Lymph system is keep active which helps to remove waste from our bodies maintaining a homostasis (balance in the body).
